It's not sampling that part or a whole chorus or ish. It's stealing the melody. I don't have any problem with long samples which are only loops.

| "stealing the melody" - its not stealing its sampling, did u not check the nas link, that "stole" the whole song ffs. that sampling is actually very creative sampling, some sampling is less creative yes, and the debate about "stealing" is more open there, but jus has flipped that. no doubt
