Hey guys,

I've been enjoying the YouTube tutorials on Warbeats for a long time, and while it's hard to say how much time I'll spend on the forums, I wanted to announce my new site Make Something Cool.

The idea behind the site is that you can upload your songs to share for criticism as well as your own loops and samples that you'd like to share under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 Unported License.

At present, I've uploaded 148 samples and loops that I've made myself while working on my first ever album, which I'm actually still working on. Most of my music is progressive rock/industrial based, but I think a lot of the beats would be usable in many more scenarios.

There are no ads and there is no pressure to sign up to gain access to these samples. I just wanted to contribute to a community of freely exchangable sounds that could be used to help beginners and experts alike.

Thanks and hello! ;)
